| After completing a thorough inspection of your roof, a roof plan is drawn to scale on CAD. All penetrations are drawn to size and in their exact locations on the roof. This proves to be a valuable tool in the future for locating and documenting leaks, repairs, and the addition of new penetrations or the deletion of old penetrations.
All details are drawn on CAD for use in bidding and construction. Careful thought is given to the long term performance of each detail and notes are provided so that the job foreman has working drawings with which to work from in the field.
